Los Angeles Chargers cornerback J.C. Jackson (knee) isn't sure if he'll be ready for Week 1. "I don't want to put a projection on myself at this time," said Jackson on Tuesday. "I'm working each and everyday to be ready. Week 1 or Week 3, whatever week it is, I'm going to be ready mentally and physically." The 27-year-old signed a lucrative deal with the Chargers in March of 2022 after spending his entire career in New England. Unfortunately, he tore his patellar tendon in Week 7 of last season and has been working his way back since.
