1 year agoLos Angeles Angels rookie shortstop Zach Neto (back) is expected to resume baseball activities, manager Phil Nevin said Monday. Nevin said, "He's starting to do more physical activity... I can't give you a timeline on him, but he's pain-free and that's the most important thing." The 22-year-old has been on the injured list with back inflammation since the beginning of August. Neto had put together a .241/.315/.411 slash line with eight home runs, 30 RBI, and five stolen bases in 252 plate appearances.
