Snoop Conner Receives Nice Workload Against Cowboys
1 year agoJacksonville Jaguars running back Snoop Conner saw a total of nine opportunities in the team’s first preseason game against the Cowboys, second to rookie Tank Bigsby. The nine touches only turned into 37 yards, including an abysmal 2.1 YPC. Still, it's worth noting that Conner out touched 2023 free agent acquisition D’Ernest Johnson, raising some eyebrows about how this backfield situation plays out behind Travis Etienne. The 2022 fifth-round pick has quite the uphill battle to climb if he wants to give Bigsby and Johnson a run for their money. It's clear the Jacksonville coaching staff likes his ability based on the work he received. That's still not enough to consider Conner for fantasy drafts, even in the deepest of leagues.
