Teagan Quitoriano Activated From PUP List
1 year agoHouston Texans tight end Teagan Quitoriano (quad) was activated from the physically unable to perform list on Saturday. The 23-year-old suffered both a quad and knee injury towards the end of last season. Before that, Quitoriano played in nine games (six starts) with the Texans during his rookie season last year. He was mainly a blocking specialist, but the team believes he can be a valuable piece to their offense. Last season, Quitoriano finished with seven receptions for 113 yards and two touchdowns. Quitoriano is currently listed as the No. 2 tight end on the roster behind Dalton Schultz. It's worth noting that the Texans also added Nick Vannett and Eric Tomlinson along with Schultz this offseason. This situation could get messy, so any tight end outside of Schultz is hard to trust in Houston right now.
