Martin Truex Jr. Looks To Maintain Form At Indianapolis
1 year agoMartin Truex Jr. still qualified 12th on Saturday which now offers some opportunity for positive place differential. The Joe Gibbs Racing driver has been phenomenal this season with three wins and eight top-three finishes. Even over the last four races alone, he is averaging an incredible 75.31 points on DraftKings, the most of anyone on the series by over 16 points. What makes the No. 19 even more appealing is that Sunday's race is on a road course, a track type on which he has success. Throughout his Cup career, the 43-year-old has recorded 14 top-five finishes, including a first-place finish at Sonoma earlier this year. Truex Jr. wants to atone for Chicago by maintaining form at Indianapolis.
