Despite a missed cut in his most recent start at The Open in England, Collin Morikawa is gaining steam in the betting and DFS markets heading into his fourth career appearance at the FedEx St. Jude Championship in Memphis. The 26-year-old California-native with two major championships to his name was trending positively a few weeks ago, logging a T-14 finish at the U.S. Open and coming up just short in a three-man playoff at the Rocket Mortgage classic. A combined 5.2 strokes gained putting in those two events was a green flag for Morikawa-backers, as the flat stick is usually the last piece of the puzzle for him to catapult to the top of leaderboards. Unfortunately the Cal-Berkeley alum lost just over four strokes to the field at Royal Liverpool to miss the cut on the number. Regardless, it's well-known that Morikawa is one of the best ball-strikers on tour, and when there are signs of life in his putter, it's usually time to hop on board the train. After a T-5 finish at TPC Southwind in 2022 to go along with two top-26 finishes in the two seasons prior, it may be time for Morikawa to find some hardware in Tennessee at an affordable $9,000 price tag on DraftKings.--Tommy Bell

Collin Morikawa has been in top form this season, posting six top-17 finishes, including two runner-ups, through his first six starts. He's coming off a T54 at the RBC Heritage and a missed cut at the Zurich Classic, though the latter was a team event and is easy to overlook. His overall profile remains elite; he ranks third on tour in total strokes gained (plus1.670 per round), third from tee to green (plus-1.624), and third on approach (plus-1.090), while also sitting second in driving accuracy—an asset on the shorter 7,119-yard setup at Philadelphia Cricket Club. Putting continues to be his weak spot, having lost strokes in four straight events (88th overall), but even with short betting odds, Morikawa remains a high-end DFS option at $10,500 on DraftKings.--Dakota Legg - RotoBaller

Short-game woes continue to plague Collin Morikawa, as he lost 7.25 strokes around the green and putting at the RBC Heritage, ultimately finishing T54. It marks the fourth straight event in which he has lost strokes with his flat stick, but perhaps some pressure being taken off at this week's Zurich Classic of New Orleans is exactly what he needs to turn things around. Morikawa will once again team up with Kurt Kitayama, with the duo having finished T23 at this event in 2024. Despite his short-game struggles, Morikawa still ranks third in total strokes gained per round, second in approach, and fourth in driving accuracy. He may need to carry the bulk of the weight, but this pairing remains one of the more intriguing teams to watch.--Dakota Legg - RotoBaller

After a T14 finish at The Masters, Collin Morikawa has now recorded six straight results of T17 or better to start the season. He'll look to build on this elite form at the RBC Heritage, an event he's played five times, never missing a cut while recording two top-10 finishes. To succeed at Harbour Town, players need to be accurate off the tee and precise on approach, and no one on the PGA Tour has been better than Morikawa in these areas. He ranks first in strokes gained from tee to green (gaining 1.999 strokes per round), first on approach (1.1929 per round), and first in driving accuracy (72.94%). He's also in the 95th percentile over the last 12 months in proximity from 150–200 yards, a key range considering 42.5% of all approach shots came from that distance last year. Morikawa is a home run pick this week, and fantasy managers should invest in his $10,900 price tag on DraftKings.--Dakota Legg - RotoBaller

Collin Morikawa finished tied for 10th at The PLAYERS Championship last month and is now focusing on preparing for this week's Masters Tournament at Augusta National. He has not missed the cut in any of his five starts this season and has three top-10 finishes. Last year, Morikawa finished tied for third at the Masters. In the past 12 months, he ranks in the 93rd percentile for proximity to the hole on approach shots from 150-200 yards in the fairway. This is particularly noteworthy because over 37% of approach shots at last year's Masters Tournament came from this distance. Given his strong performances, Morikawa could be a valuable addition to DFS lineups this week.--Ian Christenson - RotoBaller
