Tytus Howard Out 4-6 Weeks
1 year agoUpdating a previous report, Houston Texans right tackle Tytus Howard (hand) is expected to miss four to six weeks after having surgery on his hand on Monday, giving him a chance to return for the team's regular season opener on Sept. 10 against the Baltimore Ravens, according to a source. The 27-year-old starting right tackle might not have to miss any time to begin the regular season, but we won't know for sure until we get closer to that date. If Howard isn't ready for Week 1, either George Fant or Austin Deculus will fill in on the right side of Houston's offensive line.
