1 year agoAccording to Nets forward Cameron Johnson, guard/forward Ben Simmons is "close to full form." "He sounds good," said Johnson after a recent Team USA practice. "He's in a good place. He says it's progressing, and he's excited for the season." Simmons' limited time in Brooklyn has been met with disappointment. He battled various injuries last season, limiting him to 42 games while averaging 6.9 points, 6.3 rebounds, 6.1 assists, and 1.3 steals. Nonetheless, the 27-year-old, currently rehabbing in Florida following back surgery, has proven to be a productive player over the years.
