We've got four WNBA games on tonight's slate, our first multi-game night since Tuesday. Among the games are what should be a good one between the Liberty and the Lynx, as Minnesota has turned a frustrating season around, winning three of the team's last four games.
If you're looking for WNBA daily fantasy picks and some betting advice this season, then you're in the right place. I'll be here providing picks for any slate with two or more games.
In this article, I'll be providing you with some daily fantasy WNBA lineup picks for DraftKings and FanDuel. These lineup picks will range from elite players to mid-priced options and value plays. The slates lock on 8/4/2023 at 7:00 PM ET. Want to talk more about the WNBA? I'm always available on Twitter and always down to discuss women's basketball: @juscarts.

WNBA DFS Picks: Forward
Breanna Stewart (New York Liberty) - @ MIN - DK: $12,100, FD: $9,500
Stewart's coming off a pretty poor shooting night, going just 1-for-9 from three in a win over the Sparks. But the thing with Stewie is that she fills the stat sheet up so well that she can withstand a poor shooting performance.
Case in point: despite shooting just 36.8% overall from the floor last game, she had 52.5 DraftKings points. Volume allowed her to still get 16 points, and then she added 12 rebounds, four assists, three blocks, and four steals.
The last time Stewart faced the Lynx, she had 23 points, six rebounds, five assists and one steal. It was another poor shooting performance for Stewart in terms of efficiency, as she shot 26.3%, but another strong DFS showing because once again, she was able to pile up stats.
Emma Cannon (Indiana Fever) - vs. CON - DK: $6,300, FD: $5,200
Here's the thing: I'm really not sure what the Fever are doing in the frontcourt. With NaLyssa Smith hurt, you'd think they'd feed Aliyah Boston the ball, but they just aren't. Last game, she had seven field goal attempts, marking the fifth time in six games that Boston has taken single-digit attempts.
Meanwhile, Emma Cannon played 31 minutes last game and took 17 field goal attempts. She finished with 23 points and nine rebounds while also adding one assist and one block. With Victoria Vivians questionable again for Friday's game, Cannon has another chance to see heavy minutes.
Nikolina Milic (Minnesota Lynx) - vs. NY - DK: $5,300, FD: $4,200
Napheesa Collier is doubtful for Friday's game. Dorka Juhasz is questionable. Assuming both are out, Milic should be set for a larger role on Friday night against the Liberty, as it still isn't clear if Jessica Shepard is ready to play more than 20-ish minutes.
Milic has seen some additional playing time lately, with 15-plus minutes in three consecutive games. Last time out, she was 3-for-4 from the floor with seven points and six rebounds while also adding a steal. I wouldn't be surprised—assuming Juhasz is out—to see Milic have her best game of the season.
WNBA DFS Picks: Guard
Arike Ogunbowale (Dallas Wings) - vs. CHI - DK: $10,500, FD: $8,200
It's fair to believe that Arike Ogunbowale has been surpassed for the title of "best Wings player" by Satou Sabally and/or Natasha Howard, but that doesn't mean she's not still capable of posting some huge stat lines every night.
While Ogunbowale's shot under 40% in three straight games, she's still scored 30-plus fantasy points in each contest. Last time out, she went just 8-for-21 from the floor in a win over Seattle, but she finished with 27 points, plus added three rebounds, four assists, and four steals—her second four-steal game in a row.
She also had 27 points the last time she faced the Chicago Sky, going 9-for-25 from the floor in a game back in May.
Courtney Williams (Chicago Sky) - @ DAL - DK: $8,200, FD: $7,000
Williams has had some uneven scoring streaks this season. She's scored in double figures in three straight games, but before that scored in single digits in three straight. It's been hard to get a great read on her scoring upside.
But Williams has always been a pretty streaky player. If she's on a hot streak, I think it's a good call to bet on that hot streak. Last game, she was 9-for-13 for 19 points and added four rebounds, nine assists, and one steal.
She had a double-double against Dallas earlier this season, scoring 12 points and grabbing 11 rebounds. She also dished out five assists in the contest.
Tiffany Hayes (Connecticut Sun) - @ IND - DK: $7,600, FD: $5,800
Hayes is coming off a really strong showing against the Lynx, scoring 16 points on 7-for-9 shooting with three rebounds, three assists, and one steal. It was a strong game from a veteran player who has had some good showings lately, including when she scored 28 points against the Wings a few games ago.
The concern? Sandwiched in between two really good games was one where Hayes went just 1-for-4 from the floor, scoring three points and adding four rebounds and two assists.
Still, I think this should be a good one for Hayes against the Fever. She had 22 points on 7-for-11 back in May when these teams last met.
