Cooper Kupp Leaves Practice Early Tuesday
1 year agoLos Angeles Rams wide receiver Cooper Kupp (undisclosed) was forced to leave training camp practice on Tuesday with an undisclosed injury. Kupp walked off the field with the athletic training staff. "He looked like he came up a little bit in a red-zone route. I just know they told me he was out for practice," head coach Sean McVay said. Kupp had a shortened 2022 season due to a right high-ankle sprain, but it's unclear if this injury is related at all to his ankle. The 30-year-old should be considered day-to-day until we know more on the specific nature of what forced him from Tuesday's practice. While LA's offense isn't nearly as dangerous as it was when they won the Super Bowl, Kupp should continue to be a target hog (when healthy) with not much competition for targets in the receiving corps.
