Dodgers Acquire Amed Rosario
1 year agoThe Los Angeles Dodgers have acquired shortstop Amed Rosario from the Cleveland Guardians on Wednesday. This deal makes sense for the Dodgers who have experienced issues in the field all season long. Rosario is on the last year of his deal before free agency, so it sounds like Guardians weren't interested in extending him long term. Rosario is slashing .265/.306/.369 with three home runs and 40 RBI across 90 games. The expectation is that he'll have similar fantasy value in Los Angeles. There is no word yet on what the Guardians are receiving in exchange for Rosario.
