Raiders Working Out Troy Hill
1 year agoThe Las Vegas Raiders are working out veteran free-agent cornerback Troy Hill on Monday, along with former Baltimore Ravens cornerback Marcus Peters, according to sources. Hill, who can play both inside and outside, started 12 games for the Los Angeles Rams last year. The Raiders are looking for back-end help before training camp kicks off on Tuesday. The 31-year-old finished last season with 67 tackles (45 solo), an interception and four passes defensed in his 12 starts for the Rams. In his eight NFL seasons, Hill has 334 tackles (251 solo), three sacks, 12 tackles for loss, five QB hits, eight interceptions (two returned for touchdowns), 34 passes defensed, a forced fumble and three fumble recoveries (one for a TD) in 97 games played (55 starts).
