Willy Adames Blasts A Two-Run Homer In Brewers Loss
1 year agoMilwaukee Brewers shortstop Willy Adames went 1-for-4 with a two-run homer on Friday in a 6-4 loss against the Braves. During the sixth inning, with the Brewers trailing by four runs, Adames narrowed the gap to just two runs by launching a two-run shot off Michael Soroka. Adames now has 17 home runs in this year's campaign. The 27-year-old, despite showing some power, his overall performance this season has been underwhelming. He's slashing .211/.292/.702 in 332 at-bats. However, the right-handed hitter has 48 RBI while swiping four bags in 2023.
