Some of the greatest talents in the NFL league reside in the wide receiver position. There are some remarkable athletes and difference-makers at WR, and they are also often the most important roster fillers in fantasy football.
Miami Dolphins receiver Tyreek Hill is no exception, and he is arguably the best player at his position.
Is Hill the best wideout in the NFL? Should he be drafted as the first WR in fantasy drafts? Let's take a closer look.

Will Tyreek Hill Be The Fantasy WR1?
When Hill played for the Chiefs a few years ago, he was a flat-out superstar. After being traded to the Dolphins in March of 2022, there were questions about whether or not he could continue to play at such an elite level without quarterback Patrick Mahomes.
There is no question about Hill's unique skill set. He's a dynamic playmaker who is unquestionably the fastest pass catcher in the league. Even with a "lesser" QB throwing him the ball in Tua Tagoviolia, he still had a phenomenal 2022.
The "Cheetah" as he is commonly known, recorded 119 catches for 1,710 yards and seven touchdowns last season. He was absolutely the playmaker Miami had dreamed about and he impressed even the most casual observer.
Who Else Might Be Considered The Best WR In Fantasy Football?
If you list the names of the top wide receivers in fantasy football, you'll be naming some of the best players in the entire National Football League. Justin Jefferson, Davante Adams, Cooper Kupp, Ja'Marr Chase, and Stefon Diggs are all reasonable choices for the best at their position, and going with any of them as the number one selection this fall in fantasy drafts would be completely understandable.
Every analyst, expert, and fantasy owner will have his or her own opinion. Each player brings unquestionable production each fantasy season, and whoever the selection is, you know you will have a number one on your roster.
For me, Jefferson is the choice for the WR1 this upcoming 2023 football season. He brings the best overall numbers and is the total package when it comes to building a star wide receiver. That being said, Hill is easily in the top five, and if you decide you want to take him before JJ, you will still very much enjoy your purchase all fantasy season long.
