Aaron Hicks Returns On Monday
1 year agoBaltimore Orioles outfielder Aaron Hicks (back) is back in the team's starting lineup on Monday against the visiting Los Angeles Dodgers and right-hander Emmet Sheehan. Hicks is starting in center field with Cedric Mullins (quadriceps) still out and is hitting sixth in the batting order. Hicks sat out on Sunday due to lower-back soreness, but it obviously wasn't anything serious and he'll be back in there on Monday for the start of a series against the Dodgers. Fantasy managers shouldn't expect Hicks to be any kind of savior in the second half, but the 33-year-old veteran outfielder has played much better with the O's so far in 34 games after getting cut by the New York Yankees earlier this year. He's currently hitting .255 (27-for-106) with six homers, three doubles, a triple, 17 RBI, three steals and 22 runs scored.
