Todd Gilliland ‘Comfortable’ Racing At New Hampshire, A Solid Sleeper Pick
1 year agoThe impressive underdog season of Todd Gilliland continued last weekend at Atlanta, as this #38 team walked away with a 16th-place finish after qualifying 9th. This was yet another top 20 result on the year for this team, making them 10-for-17 on the season thus far. This weekend, Gilliland and the Front Row Motorsports team will be confronted with their second attempt at New Hampshire Motor Speedway. They came home 25th in this race one year ago. This weekend, Gilliland was 22nd-fastest in practice and ended up qualifying 23rd, so we could definitely see an improvement on Sunday. When asked about New Hampshire itself, Gilliland said, "This is a track I feel comfortable at. It's relaxing to come to a place where my crew chief and I have had success."
