Breece Hall Claims He'll Be Ready For Week 1
1 year agoNew York Jets running back Breece Hall (knee) claims he'll be good to go for the season opener against the Buffalo Bills on September 11. "I'm doing pretty good right now," Hall stated during an interview on NFL Network. "Like I've been saying, I'll be ready for the first game. Right now, I'm focused on getting my knee as strong as possible, just getting that confidence back, but it's going well so far. The 22-year-old emerged into a potent fantasy option near the end of his 2022-23 campaign, running for a touchdown in four consecutive games before he suffered a season-ending ACL tear. Without question, the 2022 second-round has a shot at being more productive this year, especially with Aaron Rodgers under center. However, he's still not a lock for Week 1, meaning his fantasy stock will take a hit until managers hear otherwise. Of course, anyone selecting Hall should consider adding Michael Carter, as he's the favorite to see more touches until the former is fully healthy.
