MLB Pitcher Prop Bets - Today's Betting Picks
Spencer Strider OVER 8.5 Strikeouts (-148, FD) vs. TB
I'll start things off with righty Spencer Strider. Strider will take on the Rays, who started this season off as the clear number-one offense in baseball. That has swiftly come to pass, though, as it's now very clear that it's the lineup that shares the same dugout as Strider that's taken over that title. As a matter of fact, the Rays have scored just seven runs in their last four games. They've also struck out at a 27.3% clip over the last week. Strider projects to a 38.55% strikeout rate and 9.46 strikeouts in this one.
Jake Irvin UNDER 3.5 Strikeouts (+120, FD) vs. TEX
I'll wrap things up on the pitching side with Jake Irvin. Irvin will take on seemingly the best offense in the American League, the Rangers. The Rangers have dropped their strikeout rate from 22% over the course of 2023 to 19.6% over the last week. Conversely, Irvin's strikeout rate has dipped as low as 14.6% over the last two weeks. He projects to a 15.63% strikeout rate today, with a projection of 2.87 strikeouts, as I see an early exit for him in this one.

MLB Hitter Prop Bets - Today's Betting Picks
Christian Yelich OVER 1.5 TB (+100, FD) vs. CIN
I'll start things off as far as hitters go with Christian Yelich's total bases prop against Cincinnati starter Luke Weaver today. Yelich has been crushing right-handed pitching of late, raising his .390 wOBA against righties up to .468 over the last two weeks and .528 over the last week. He projects to a .386 wOBA against Weaver's pitch types, a .421 weighted wOBA, and 2.3 total bases in this matchup.
Nolan Arenado OVER 1.5 TB (-110 FD) vs. CWS
I'll wrap things up with Nolan Arenado's total bases prop here. He'll likely be taking on Touki Toussaint for the White Sox in this one. Toussaint hasn't done much in 2023, projecting to a 6.26 SIERA across the course of the season and projecting to a 6.12 SIERA today. Arenado matches up well and has raised his .350 wOBA against righties on the year up to .491 over the past two weeks and .610 over the last week. He projects to a .356 wOBA against Toussaint's pitch types, a .416 weighted wOBA, and 2.2 total bases today.
