Gavin Stone Heads Back To Triple-A Wednesday
1 year agoThe Los Angeles Dodgers demoted right-hander Gavin Stone to Triple-A Oklahoma City on Wednesday. The rookie hurler has struggled mightily over four appearances and three starts, pitching to a 12.75 ERA, 3.00 WHIP, and 11.3% strikeout rate across 12 innings. Stone is the Dodgers number five prospect, according to MLB Pipeline, so the talent is there. However, the 24-year-old has been irrelevant in redraft leagues, and fantasy managers should drop him everywhere besides dynasty formats if they haven't already.
