Sam Ryder Looks To Keep Weekend Streak Alive At John Deere Classic
1 year agoSam Ryder will tee it up at the John Deere Classic for the fifth time in his career this weekend, and so far he's 4-for-4 in made cuts in his career, including a second-place finish in his 2018 debut. The Florida native's upside is obvious when his game is on, evidenced by two top-five finishes at the Farmer's and the Valero so far this season. Ryder is at his best when he gains over 3.5 strokes on approach and on the greens. Clearly this track is a comfortable one for the 33-year-old, so he'll look to tread water off-the-tee and around the greens while his irons and putter get hot. At just $7,000 on DraftKings, fantasy managers might want to give Ryder a look if they need a cut-maker to round out their lineups this coming weekend.
