Welcome to our PrizePicks MLB DFS prop picks for Thursday, July 6, 2023. The 2023 MLB season is underway here at RotoBaller, and we have you covered with some terrific plays from our friends over at PrizePicks.

PrizePicks Over/Under DFS Props Contests
PrizePicks has two types of games. The first type of game is known as Fantasy Score, which consists of selecting various players and trying to determine if they will go over or under their projected fantasy points in a game.
The second game is known as Single Stat. For the MLB, Single Stat consists of pitcher strikeout props in which you determine if the pitcher in question will go over or under their projected strikeout total.
You can mix and match players from different types of games in your entry or select all of your plays from the same type of game. Once you have selected your players and props, you can choose the aforementioned flex play or power play option. Let's see what the board offers today!

Tanner Bibee more than 6.0 strikeouts
Bibee has struck out six or more batters in five of his previous seven starts and has a solid matchup against the Royals tonight. Over the previous two weeks, Kansas City has posted a 26.9% K rate vs. right-handed pitchers, which ranks third-worst in the league over that span. They are also posting an abysmal 5.9% walk rate and a lowly 65 wRC+ mark over that span. Quite frankly, they have been one of the worst offenses in baseball and Bibee should be in line for a solid start in this one.
Nathan Eovaldi more than 5.0 strikeouts
Eovaldi has struck out at least five in all but two starts in 2023. He has a matchup against the Red Sox, who have struggled a bit recently. Over the previous two weeks, Boston is posting the fourth-highest K rate vs. right-handers with a rate of 26.8%. They are also posting just a 4.9% walk rate and a 75 wRC+ mark, which should certainly help Eovaldi here. Eovaldi has also been excellent on the road as noted by his 2.44 ERA and he returns to Boston, which is a familiar venue.
Carlos Carrasco more than 4.0 strikeouts
This prop is a tad risky as any Carrasco prop has the potential to go horribly wrong. That being said, Arizon'a K rate vs. right-handers has been trending upward and they are now posting a 25.1% rate over the previous two weeks, which ranks ninth-worst in baseball. Carrasco has struck out at least four batters in six of his previous seven starts
Other Recommendations: Jack Flaherty less than 5.5 strikeouts
