1 year agoCincinnati Reds first baseman Joey Votto made his lone hit count in Monday's 3-2 win over the Nationals, going 1-for-4 with what would be the game-deciding two-run home run. The veteran has shown some pop since rejoining the team, hitting four HR with a .462 slugging percentage in 47 plate appearances. However, he has batted just .154 with a 31.9% strikeout rate. It is great to see Votto back in the big leagues, but his time as a relevant fantasy option may be on the downslide.--Connelly Doan - RotoBaller
