Corbin Carroll Set To Miss Third Straight Game
1 year agoArizona Diamondbacks outfielder Corbin Carroll (shoulder) is not in the starting lineup on Sunday in the series finale against the Los Angeles Angels. Carroll is missing his third straight game due to a sore right shoulder that the team isn't too worried about. With an off day coming on Monday, hopefully he'll be able to return to the lineup for the start of a series against the New York Mets on Tuesday after he was able to take batting practice on Saturday. Whenever the 22-year-old does return to action, fantasy managers will need to get him into their starting lineups right away. Carroll is dynamic as they come and contributes across all fantasy categories, slashing .290/.366/.559 with a .926 OPS, 17 homers, 44 RBI, 24 stolen bases and 60 runs scored in 286 at-bats. Outfield prospect Dominic Fletcher will get his third straight start with Carroll still out.
