MLB Pitcher Prop Bets - Today's Betting Picks
Tyler Glasnow OVER 7.5 Strikeouts (+106, FD) vs. SEA
I'll start things off with righty Tyler Glasnow. Glasnow has been far from great this season (4.45 ERA, 5.26 xERA), but he does have the strikeout going for him (35.2% strikeout rate). That number has risen to 47.5% over the last two weeks, creating a perfect "strikeout storm" against the Mariners. While Seattle has struck out at just a 25% clip over the last week, that number rises to 27.7% over the last two weeks. Glasnow projects to have 8.58 strikeouts today, so we're getting good value here.
Kyle Bradish OVER 5.5 Strikeouts (-155, FD) vs. MIN
I'll wrap things up on the pitching side with Kyle Bradish. Bradish isn't necessarily a consistent strikeout guy, which can explain his 22.6% strikeout rate across this season. However, that number has jumped to 32.6% over the last two weeks. He gets a dream matchup against the Twins, who have struck out at a 27.1% clip over the course of 2023 and 27.7% over the last week. Bradish projects to a 27.63% strikeout rate in this one, with a strikeout floor of 5.02 and a median projection of 6.48.

MLB Hitter Prop Bets - Today's Betting Picks
Mookie Betts OVER 1.5 TB (-115, DK) vs. KC
As far as hitters go, I'll be attacking the same teams as I did last week. While it's not the same pitchers I'll be going after, these guys are still in some pretty good spots. I'll start with Mookie Betts. One of my (minor) critiques on Betts is that he's been a reverse split guy, but he's looking to change the narrative in 2023.
He's got a whopping .727 wOBA against lefties over the last week, projects to a .369 wOBA against Royals lefty Daniel Lynch's pitch types, and projects to a weighted wOBA of .430. His floor sits at 1.89 total bases, with a median of 2.46.
Ha-Seong Kim OVER 1.5 TB (+105 DK) vs. CIN
To wrap things up, I'll take a look at Ha-Seong Kim. Despite the Padres being awful to this point, coming into this matchup with the Reds eight games under.500, I really do like Kim in this spot. Kim has been a lefty-killer in 2023, bringing in a .372 wOBA that's gotten better as the season's gone on (.411 wOBA L30, .501 wOBA L14, .603 wOBA L7). He projects to a .343 wOBA against Cincinnati southpaw Brandon Williamson's pitch types, and a .392 weighted wOBA. His floor sits at 1.66 total bases today, with a median projection of 2.14.
