Corey Lajoie Has Major DFS Fantasy Upside At Nashville
1 year agoCorey Lajoie will start from dead last in Sunday's Ally 400 at Nashville Superspeedway, but he doesn't have the slowest car in the field. During qualifying on Saturday, Lajoie spun during his attempt, which will force him to start from the rear in the race. That is actually good news for DFS players, though, because it gives Lajoie plenty of place differential upside. At similar tracks to Nashville this season--Dover, Las Vegas, Kansas, and Charlotte--the driver of the #7 Chevrolet for Spire Motorsports has an average of 17.8 and results inside the top 20 in all four races. In practice on Friday, Lajoie was 24th on the overall speed chart and ranked 22nd-fastest when it came to ten-lap average.
