Dominic Fletcher Placed On Temporary Inactive List
1 year agoOn June 13, the Arizona Diamondbacks placed outfield prospect Dominic Fletcher on the minor-league temporary inactive list (similar to MLB's bereavement/paternity list). He was on a solid stretch of hitting for Triple-A Reno, as he was slashing .389/.463/.417 since June 2. Fletcher has already debuted with the Diamondbacks. In his first 12 games this season, he went 18-for-43 before a 4-for-39 stretch in his last 10 games forced a demotion. With a recall or trade to a team in need of a major-league outfield bat still a distinct possibility, fantasy managers in deeper leagues should consider stashing Fletcher.
