1 year agoPhiladelphia Phillies right-hander Andrew Painter (elbow) is scheduled for another bullpen session on Friday, according to MLB.com. The club's top prospect has yet to throw a pitch in a game this season at any level after sustaining a sprained UCL and landing on the 60-day injured list before the campaign began. Fantasy managers should expect Painter to return at some point this season, and possibly make his Major League debut. The 20-year-old has big-time stuff and posted a 1.48 ERA with 155 punchouts across 103.2 innings last year between Single-A and Double-A. Fantasy managers should be excited about Painter's arrival, especially those in dynasty leagues.--Spencer Seguin
