PrizePicks Over/Under DFS Props Contests
PrizePicks has two types of games. The first type of game is known as Fantasy Score, which consists of selecting various players and trying to determine if they will go over or under their projected fantasy points in a game.
The second game is known as Single Stat. For the MLB, Single Stat consists of pitcher strikeout props in which you determine if the pitcher in question will go over or under their projected strikeout total.
You can mix and match players from different types of games in your entry or select all of your plays from the same type of game. Once you have selected your players and props, you can choose the aforementioned flex play or power play option. Let's see what the board offers today!

Gerrit Cole more than 6.5 strikeouts
Cole has struck out at least seven batters in six starts this season and has a solid matchup against the Mets tonight. Over the previous two weeks, the Mets are posting the eighth-highest K rate (24.1%) vs. right-handed pitchers. They are also posting just an 84 wRC+ mark and a mediocre walk rate of 8.5% over this same span.
Jose Berrios more than 4.5 strikeouts
This feels a tad low even for Berrios as he has struck out at least five batters in all but four starts this season. He has also eclipsed this total in four of his previous five starts. He will be facing Baltimore, who while hot, is also posting the ninth-highest K rate vs. righties over the previous two weeks at 23.6%. They are also posting just a 6% walk rate over this same span. It should also be noted that while the Orioles crushed Chris Bassitt last night, he still managed to strike out five while only lasting three innings.
Daniel Lynch more than 4.5 strikeouts
Lynch has a tremendous matchup against the Reds as they are posting the third-highest K rate vs. left-handers over the previous two weeks with a rate of 32.5%. They are also posting an abysmal 52 wRC+ over this same span. Meanwhile, Lynch has struck out at least five in two of his first three starts to begin the season.
Tyler Glasnow less than 8.5 strikeouts
While this is risky (current odds to the over are -125), Glasnow has yet to strike out nine batters in any of his first three starts. While the A's were near the top of the K charts vs. righties early in the season, they have now dropped to posting the 12th-best K rate vs. righties over the previous two weeks with a rate of 21.2%. They have also been hot with the bats as they have posted a wRC+ of 116 over that same span. This feels like a letdown spot for Glasnow on the road and I would expect the odds to start moving the other way as the day progresses.
