Carlos Rodon To Throw Again Thursday
2 years agoNew York Yankees starting pitcher Carlos Rodon (elbow, back) threw live batting practice on Sunday, and according to MLB.com, he is scheduled to throw another session on Thursday. If that goes well, he'll then be ready for a rehab assignment. Rodon has been on the shelf for all of 2023 with elbow and back problems, so fantasy managers should be excited to finally get the left-hander back, possibly in the next couple of weeks. The 30-year-old has produced ace-like numbers the past two seasons, including a 2.88 ERA, 1.03 WHIP, and 33.4% strikeout rate with 14 wins over 31 starts for the San Francisco Giants in 2022.
