Bo Naylor Lighting Up Triple-A
2 years agoCleveland Guardians catching prospect Bo Naylor went 1-for-4 with a single on Wednesday when his team lost 8-5 against the Louisville Bats. The 23-year-old has been tearing it up in Triple-A this season, posting a .258/.399/.500 slash line with 11 long balls, 40 runs, and 45 RBI over 54 games. Naylor made his Major League debut earlier this season but only played one game before the team sent him back down. The Canadian native is on the cusp of everyday playing time at the big league level, especially as Mike Zunino continues to struggle with a .610 OPS. Naylor's a great stash in dynasty leagues, and fantasy managers in redraft formats looking for catching help can snatch him up from the waiver wire once he gets the call again.
