PrizePicks Over/Under DFS Props Contests
PrizePicks has two types of games. The first type of game is known as Fantasy Score, which consists of selecting various players and trying to determine if they will go over or under their projected fantasy points in a game.
The second game is known as Single Stat. For the MLB, Single Stat consists of pitcher strikeout props in which you determine if the pitcher in question will go over or under their projected strikeout total.
You can mix and match players from different types of games in your entry or select all of your plays from the same type of game. Once you have selected your players and props, you can choose the aforementioned flex play or power play option. Let's see what the board offers today!

Kyle Hendricks more than 3.5 strikeouts
Hendricks has struggled a bit to begin 2023, but he has struck out eight batters across his first 9 1/3 innings pitched while eclipsing this total in one of his first two starts. The total is rather low for this matchup against the Padres as well as they are posting a 23.6% K rate over the previous two weeks against right-handers, which is ranked in the bottom half of the league. They are also pairing this with a sub-100 wRC+ mark, which should help Hendricks in the longevity department.
Brandon Bielak more than 3.0 strikeouts
This is a risky prop to an extent as the Blue Jays are only striking out at a 16.7% clip vs. right-handers over the previous two weeks, which ranks second-best in baseball. That being said, Bielak has struck out at least three in all but one start this season and has posted 28 strikeouts across his first 31 innings pitched this season. It is also worth noting that the previous 11 right-handers the Blue Jays have faced have eclipsed this number.
Blake Snell less than 7.0 strikeouts
Snell has only struck out more than seven batters in one start this season and that was his first start of the season against the Rockies. Since then, he has only managed to match this total twice in a total of 10 starts. While the Cubs are ranked in the bottom 10 in terms of K rate vs. lefties over the previous two weeks, their rate is just north of 23%, which is not all that terrible.
They are also posting a 9.1% walk rate and a 117 wRC+, which is where Snell will likely get in trouble. Snell also faced these Cubs back on April 29th and only managed to mow down five across five innings pitched while laboring to the tune of throwing 105 pitches.
Bobby Witt Jr. more than 8.0 hitter fantasy score
Witt has a solid matchup tonight against Braxton Garrett. Garrett has allowed right-handed hitters to post a .295 BAA with seven home runs and 14 doubles. Meanwhile, Witt has posted a .943 OPS vs. lefties thus far in 2023.
