Kodai Senga Allows One Hit, Fans Nine Tuesday
1 year agoNew York Mets starting pitcher Kodai Senga pitched an excellent game in Tuesday's 2-0 win over the Phillies. Senga pitched seven innings, allowing just one hit and no walks with nine strikeouts. The 30-year-old brought the best version of his game today and is now 5-3 with a 3.44 ERA, 11.45 K/9 rate, and 5.07 BB/9 rate. He remains a high-upside fantasy option when he isn't walking batters, but the high number of walks has led to some poor outings as well. He will look to keep things rolling in his next start against the Blue Jays.
