2 years agoThe Colorado Rockies placed outfielder Charlie Blackmon on the bereavement list on Monday and recalled first baseman/designated hitter Elehuris Montero from Triple-A Albuquerque in a corresponding move. Blackmon could miss anywhere from three to seven days while on the bereavement list, so fantasy managers will had to adjust for this week. The 36-year-old veteran left-handed hitter has been very solid for his fantasy managers so far in 2023, as he's hitting .287 (51-for-178) with 13 doubles, two triples, five home runs, 23 RBI and 30 runs scored in 48 games played. Kris Bryant is serving as the designated hitter on Monday and is batting second, while outfielder Jurickson Profar serves in the leadoff spot against D-Backs right-hander Ryne Nelson.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
