1 year agoDetroit Tigers third base prospect Justyn-Henry Malloy drew a bases-loaded walk in Saturday's game for the Toledo Mud Hens. Malloy followed up by going 2-for-5 with two doubles in last Sunday's contest. Malloy is the seventh-ranked prospect in the Tigers system and the best third baseman they have in Triple-A. It's unclear if Malloy will get the promotion anytime soon, but the Tigers have some positional flexibility with their current roster and wouldn't have a hard time finding a place for him. Malloy's ability to get on base and hit for decent power could make him a sneaky add in deeper leagues if he gets the call this year.--Joshua Costello - RotoBaller
