2 years agoHouston Texans rookie quarterback C.J. Stroud is starting off with the second-team offense as the team begins OTAs. Third-year quarterback Davis Mills is getting all of the first-team reps thus far, but it's only a matter of time before Stroud gets the chance to work with the first-team offense after being selected No. 2 overall in the 2023 NFL Draft. There's no guarantee he'll start in Week 1, but it's almost a foregone conclusion he'll start early in his NFL career. Stroud will have limited fantasy upside in his rookie year with a pass-catching group of Nico Collins, Robert Woods, John Metchie, Tank Dell, and Dalton Schultz. That said, the team is early in the rebuilding process, so Stroud has plenty of time to develop.--Jackson Sparks - RotoBaller
