Treylon Burks Says He's In Better Shape
2 years agoTennessee Titans wide receiver Treylon Burks struggled with conditioning and had trouble breathing in last summer's offseason workouts, but the second-year man said "I feel great. I'm running fast, not having any problems with breathing. Really just having fun, man. I am in a good place, state of mind, and I am just thankful." The Arkansas product caught 33 passes for 444 yards and one touchdown last season but looks to take a big step forward as the team's No. 1 wide receiver in 2023. Burks was bitten by the injury bug in his rookie campaign, missing six games due to turf toe and a concussion. With limited target competition, Burks should see a high target share, but the overall ceiling of the Titans' passing offense will likely be low under Ryan Tannehill and potentially Will Levis.
