This week marks Victor Perez's third appearance in the PGA Championship. While he tied for 22nd place in 2020, his performance wasn't as impressive as when he missed the cut in 2021. However, Perez has consistently showcased his skills in both the European Tour and PGA Tour. Currently, he ranks third on the DP World Tour and 66th in the Official World Golf Rankings. Considering his past experiences and commendable performances this year, Perez could be an intriguing option for fantasy lineups.--Ian Christenson - RotoBaller

Victor Perez has started to find some form in March, as he placed T16 at the Cognizant Classic, T3 at the Puerto Rico Open, and T17 last week at the Houston Open. A missed cut at the Valspar due to poor putting and around-the-green ability shows some volatility for the Frenchman, but Perez' iron game can hang with the best of them when he's on. The 31-year-old heads to TPC San Antonio for his debut at the Valero Texas Open, and at just $7,100 on DraftKings, there's plenty of upside to be had, especially when we just saw him gain strokes in all four categories a week ago, including 3.3 strokes on approach.--Tommy Bell

The impressive play tee to green (24th on the season in strokes gained tee to green: 0.743) for Victor Perez in 2024 has been largely negated by horrendous performances on and around the green. Something that can only be attributed to his jump from the DP World Tour to the more glamorous tour in the US, as his stats on the green were a stronger point of his game in years past. Perez is currently ranked 167th in strokes gained putting (-0.70) and 117th in strokes gained around the green (-0.115), which is something his strong ball striking hasn't been able to overcome. At a course like Memorial Park, where making up ground on the greens has historically been one of the strongest factors, Perez is a hard name to be confident in at $8,900 on FanDuel.--Todd McGill - RotoBaller

Victor Perez is back in action this week at the Copperhead Course for the Valspar Championship. His last tournament was the Puerto Rico Open, where he tied for third place, following his T16 finish at the Cognizant Classic earlier this month. Perez finished T45 at last year's Valspar Championship. It's worth noting that in the previous 12 months, on approach shots from 150-200 yards in the fairway, Perez ranks in the 77th percentile in proximity to the hole. This is important to consider since over 34% of approach shots came from this distance at last year's tournament. Given Perez's recent form and performance at last year's tournament, he may be a good option to include in DFS lineups for this week's Valspar Championship.--Ian Christenson - RotoBaller

This week, Victor Perez, the fourth-ranked player on the DP World Tour, will be playing at the Genesis Scottish Open. Although he missed the cut at the U.S. Open last month, he has performed well in his PGA Tour appearances this year, with a notable finish of T12 at the PGA Championship in May. In his last two DP World Tour events, Perez finished T18 at the BMW International Open and missed the cut at the Betfred British Masters. It is worth noting that Perez has a good shot percentage on approach shots from 150-200 yards in the fairway, ranking in the 88th percentile this year. However, he ranks in the sixth percentile for poor shot avoidance percentage on approach shots in the fairway from 150-200 yards. Considering the risks, Perez is still worth considering for fantasy lineups this week.--Ian Christenson - RotoBaller
