Titans Could Still Add To Wide Reciever Room
2 years agoThe Tennessee Titans entered the 2023 NFL Draft with a weak group of wide receivers but did not select a wideout until the seventh round -- UT-Martin's Colton Dowell. First-year general manager Ran Carthon said the team didn't feel the need to reach on a wide receiver and there are other ways to add to the position. Tennessee re-signed Nick Westbrook-Ikhine and brought in former Houston Texans wideout Chris Moore, but the group projects to be one of the worst wide receiver rooms in the NFL. The starting wideouts for Week 1 look to be Treylon Burks, Westbrook-Ikhine, and one of Chris Moore or Kyle Philips. However, the team may be interested in a free agent veteran like Kenny Golladay, Jarvis Landry, Sammy Watkins, or Demarcus Robinson. Nonetheless, Burks should see a massive target share in 2023.
