Ryan Graves Won't Play On Sunday
2 years agoNew Jersey Devils defenseman Ryan Graves (lower body) was been ruled out for Sunday's Game 4 against Carolina. The 27-year-old was injured in Friday's Game 2 of the second-round series and will give up his spot to Luke Hughes. Greaves is a big physical presence for the Devils who has recorded 27 hits in nine playoff games this season. Hughes, the younger brother of Devils star forward Jack, has yet to feature in the Stanley Cup Playoffs but did skate in two games for the team during the end of the regular season. He made an immediate impact with a goal and an assist, but playoff hockey is set to prove the 19-year-old with a whole other challenge.
