Eduardo Rodriguez Dominant Again Thursday
2 years agoDetroit Tigers pitcher Eduardo Rodriguez had another phenomenal performance on Thursday against the New York Mets. He went eight innings and permitted just three base runners while striking out nine. Through seven starts, Rodriguez has a 1.81 ERA and 0.78 WHIP with three wins. Rodriguez missed the 2020 season after contracting Myocarditis and then struggled in 2021 and 2022, but has looked better than ever to start this year. He did have a 3.71 FIP before this start, so he's due for some regression. One thing Rodriguez has been doing great is limiting his walks, and if he can keep that up, he'll provide good numbers all year. He's still available in some leagues, so grab him and ride the hot streak.
