Malik Willis Currently The No. 2 Quarterback
2 years agoAccording to Tennessee Titans head coach Mike Vrabel, "Ryan Tannehill will be the starting QB on Monday. Malik (Willis) will be the backup. Will Levis will be the third quarterback. And what I've told them is whatever happens after that will be up to the players." The Titans traded up eight spots early in the second round to take Levis as their third signal-caller in this year's draft. Tannehill is getting older and missed five games due to injury in 2022. When he was sidelined, Willis stepped in and proved he was far from ready to lead the offense. He threw three interceptions without a touchdown in three starts and was benched for Joshua Dobbs. It will be a three-way competition this summer, but it would be a surprise if Tannehill wasn't the guy in Week 1.
