2 years agoNASCAR metrics have put Aric Almirola 19th for the race at Dover this weekend. Without qualifying, the Stewart-Haas Racing driver did not have the chance to see if he could improve (started 27th and 32nd). Almirola has only one top-ten result at Dover in his last 11 races. That was a seventh where he led 22 laps. The "intermediate" track has no wet package so keep this in mind. Aside from that seventh, Almirola's results were all basically in the teens since 2018. Even his total speed the past four races at Dover was ranked in the high teens to low 20's. --Chris Wassel - RotoBaller
