Eagles' Interest In Bijan Robinson Is Real
2 years agoThe Philadelphia Eagles' interest in University of Texas running back Bijan Robinson is real. They're comfortable taking Georgia defensive tackle Jalen Carter as well at No. 10 overall in the first round of Thursday night's NFL draft, according to sources. General manager Howie Roseman loves to build in the trenches, too, and the Eagles currently have a need at right guard on the offensive line. Both Ohio State's Paris Johnson Jr. and Northwestern's Peter Skoronski could step in immediately and be the team's starting right guard in 2023 if they were to go that route in Round 1. However, both Johnson and Skoronski could be off the board at 10 overall. While plugging Robinson into Philly's backfield would be nice, it should probably be considered an unlikely luxury pick at this point.
