2 years agoSt. Louis Cardinals left-hander Jordan Montgomery was shelled for seven earned runs on 10 hits and no walks across four innings in his previous start against the Arizona Diamondbacks. He will look to bounce back against the Giants in Monday's road start. The 30-year-old owns a (2-2) record with a 4.84 ERA, 1.34 WHIP, and a 19:5 K: BB across 22 1/3 innings. Before his implosion against Arizona, the southpaw had allowed just five runs while striking out 17 over 18 1/3 frames.
