Patrick Kane Puts In A Three-Point Performance In Game 2
2 years agoNew York Rangers right wing Patrick Kane played his part in Thursday's big 5-1 victory over New Jersey with a goal and two assists. He had two helpers in the second period when Chris Kreider became the first player in NHL history with four power-play goals through his first two games in a playoff year, and Kane then hit his 53rd career playoff goal in the third to tie Jeremy Roenick for fourth place on the all-time list among U.S.-born players. Kane has come up big in the playoffs countless times in his career, and he's nicely up and running for the 2023 campaign as well, boasting four points through the first two games. Three of Kane's points have come with the man advantage.
