We're set for a mid-size slate Thursday, and I'll be focusing some pitcher and hitter props for the latter portion of the ledger. I like the hitters a bit more than the pitchers today, so I'll be rolling out three props involving some of the talented bats that will be in action.

MLB Pitcher Prop Bets - Today's Betting Picks
Ryan Feltner OVER 2.5 earned runs allowed (-150 on BetMGM Sportsbook)
Feltner has pitched to an 8.78 ERA over the 13.1 innings covering his first three starts, and his two worst outings have actually come outside Coors Field. The struggling right-hander now faces a Phillies squad that's projected for the second-most runs on the night (5.4) and that, despite its disappointing 8-11 record, has hammered right-handers for an MLB-high .287 average and .353 wOBA while also ranking in the top half of baseball with 64 RBI in that split. Feltner has allowed at least three earned runs in each of his first three starts, and a total of 10 across 8.1 road frames thus far.
Kodai Senga OVER 6.5 strikeouts (+104 on FanDuel Sportsbook)
Senga labored a bit against the Athletics of all teams in his most recent turn after a dominant first two starts, but the Japanese phenom still rang up seven strikeouts across 4.2 innings. With the help of his patented "ghost fork" pitch, Senga has recorded an 11.8 K/9 across his first 16 innings despite the unfamiliarity with MLB hitters, recording seven and eight Ks in two of his three trips to the mound. The opposing Giants make for a good target Thursday, as they've generated an MLB-high 27.0 percent strikeout rate against right-handed pitching (452 plate appearances) and have one of the lowest projected run totals of the night at just 4.1.

MLB Hitter Prop Bets - Today's Betting Picks
Tommy Pham OVER 0.5 total singles (-105 at BetMGM SportsBook)
Pham gets a crack at Giants starter Sean Manaea to open the game, a matchup that he's dominated previously to the tune of a .556 average over nine career encounters. Manaea has opened his Giants tenure in uneven fashion, going two and 3.1 innings in two of his starts while allowing a total of five earned runs on six hits in those outings. The southpaw has also opened the season allowing a .347 wOBA to right-handed hitters, and that's been with the benefit of an unsustainably low .238 BABIP.
Trea Turner OVER 1.5 total hits (+190 at BetMGM SportsBook)
Turner has hit the ground running in his new Philadelphia digs, posting a .321 average and .819 OPS over his first 19 games. Turner has five multi-hit efforts in his last 10 games alone, and he now faces one the majors' most embattled starting pitchers in the Rockies' Ryan Feltner. The right-hander has particularly been taken to task in same-handed matchups, surrendering a .333 average and .448 wOBA in that split over a 31-batter sample this season, and a .303 average and .381 wOBA over his career sample of 262 batters. Meanwhile, Turner's greatest success has come against righties, as he boasts a .345 average in that split in a sample of 61 plate appearances.
Corbin Carroll OVER 1.5 total bases (+125 at BetRivers SportsBook)
Carroll is undeniably a rising star and already boasts a .292 average, .887 OPS and 36 total bases across his first 19 games. The phenom can hit for power but also has some solid plate discipline, and Thursday, he takes on a veteran right-hander in Michael Wacha who's already been bounced around in two of his first three starts. Wacha allowed seven earned runs on 11 hits over 4.1 innings to the Brewers in his most recent turn, and he's yielded a .318 average and .477 wOBA to the 24 left-handed batters he's faced thus far, with six of the seven hits allowed in that sample going for extra bases. For his part, Carroll has launched three of his four homers off righties and has five doubles in that split as well.
