Jasson Dominguez Destroys First Homer
2 years agoNew York Yankees outfield prospect Jasson Dominguez absolutely crushed his first home run of the season on Tuesday for Double-A Somerset. The 20-year-old has been off to an ice-cold start thus far, but tonight's home run reminded everyone to remain patient. Despite hitting .100 with one home run, three RBI and five stolen bases in his first 30 at-bats, there should be no need for panic. A five-tool player, Dominguez hits the ball hard and with authority to go along with very good speed on the basepaths. It's unlikely that he will be with the big-league club in 2023, but a strong performance on the farm this year could lead to debut in 2024. A must roster in dynasty leagues, Dominguez can be ignored in redraft at the moment.
