Adam Duvall Faces "Long Road Ahead"
2 years agoBoston Red Sox outfielder Adam Duvall (wrist) will not require surgery on his left distal fracture. However, he indicated he faces a "long rehab road ahead." "Maybe six weeks before I can swing again," Said Duvall. "I'm going to keep running and keep throwing to stay in shape." The 34-year-old got off to a hot start to the 2023 season, and before going down with the injury, he was batting .455 with 15 hits, 14 RBI, and four home runs. Unfortunately, it will be a while before fantasy managers can get him back in the lineup, assuming everything goes well. In the meantime, Raimel Tapia, Enrique Hernandez, and Rob Refsnyder will get more action.
