2 years agoAfter two straight losses, Rob Font managed to get back in the win column by knocking out Adrian Yanez in the first round at UFC 287 on Saturday. In two minutes and 57 seconds of action, Font landed 33 significant strikes while Yanez landed 25 significant strikes. Font came out fast with a combination, but Yanez settled in quickly and started connecting with jabs, which made Font's eye swell up. A counter right hand floored Yanez to the canvas, and Font finished the fight with hammer fists to prove that he is still a top bantamweight contender.--Alen Kurbasic - RotoBaller
