Drey Jameson Moving Into Starting Rotation
2 years agoArizona Diamondbacks pitcher Drey Jameson will shift into the starting rotation, according to manager Torey Lovullo. This was expected to happen with Zach Davies (oblique) heading to the injured list. Jameson has been pitching in long relief for the D-Backs after failing to earn a rotation spot this spring. He has a 2.26 ERA, 1.20 WHIP, with a save across 8 1/3 innings of work. The 25-year-old looked extremely sharp during spring training. His first start should come against the Miami Marlins on Friday. Jameson should be rostered in all 12-team formats right now.
